Shipping policy

Free 2-day shipping is offered for orders over $99 in USA and Europe area. (e.g. Order on Monday, delivered on Wednesday)
Orders are shipped from USA, Canada and Europe warehouses, the cut-off time for USA area is 5:00 pm PST from Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm PST on Saturday. For Canada area, our shipping cut-off time is 12:00 pm PST from Monday to Friday. For Europe area, our shipping cut-off time is 9:00 am PST from Monday to Friday.
Overnight shipping service usually takes 1 business day for delivery from Monday to Friday.
For Saturday delivery, choose "Saturday overnight shipping service" when placing an order on Friday.
For Local pickup option: Please contact our admin through phone call or website chat box. After you placed the order, give us the order number, and we’ll help you to arrange a local pickup appointment with the nearest volunteer in your area. (Local pick-up is only for the first-time emergency use so please plan ahead to choose a shipping service for your future order. Only the injection treatment is available for Local pickup)
Our warehouses will be closing on Sunday, and we'll ship all the unfulfilled shipments on Monday.
