Shipping policy

Free 2-day shipping is offered for orders over $99. (e.g. Order on Monday, delivered on Wednesday)
Orders are shipped from USA and Canada warehouses and the cut-off time for US shipping is 5:00 pm PST from Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm PST on Saturday. For Canada area, our shipping schedule is 12:00 pm PST from Monday to Friday.
Overnight shipping service usually takes 1 business day for delivery from Monday to Friday.
For Saturday delivery, choose "Saturday overnight shipping service" when placing an order on Friday.
For Local pickup option: Please contact our admin through phone call or website chat box. After you placed the order, give us the order number, and we’ll help you to arrange a local pickup appointment with the nearest volunteer in your area. (Local pick-up is only for the first-time emergency use so please plan ahead to choose a shipping service for your future order.)
