Refund Policy

Please contact our customer service for the return address. 

1. Any unopened and unused vials, or tablets can be returned for a refund within 7 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping. Return the item to the return address provided by Maxpaw within 7 days of purchase.
2. The returned medication must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
3. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days after the return package is delivered.
