Refund Policy

 

• Please contact our admins for the return address. 
• You need to return the product within 30 days after the observation period or 30 days of purchase if you decide not to continue the treatment. Any unopened and unused vials, capsules, or tablets can be returned for a refund. 
• Refunds will be issued within 15 business days after the return package is delivered.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping.
• The returned product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
