QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. General supportive supplements like liver protectants, vitamins, and immune boosters can be safely administered. However, to maximize absorption, we highly recommend spacing them at least 2 hours apart from the EIDD-2801™ dosage.

Maintaining a strict 10 to 12-hour plasma concentration window is critical. If a dose is delayed by less than 4 hours, administer it immediately and adjust your next dosing schedule accordingly. If delayed by more than 4 hours, extend the overall treatment duration by one day to compensate for the delayed dose.

While intact capsule swallowing ensures optimal gastric passage and precise absorption, the high-purity powder can be mixed with a very small amount of wet food or liquid treats if necessary. Ensure your pet consumes the entire mixed portion immediately to receive the full calculated dose.

Store the product in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme heat. Ideal storage temperatures range between 59°F and 77°F (15°C to 25°C). Keep the bottle tightly sealed when not in use.
