Returns are strictly accepted for items that arrive defective or with verified quality issues. Eligible products (vials and tablets) must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Supplements: Due to health, safety, and strict quality control standards, all supplement products are final sale and ineligible for returns or refunds.
To maintain product safety and sterility standards, returned items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees incurred at checkout are non-refundable.
Upon receiving your returned package, our team will inspect the items. Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.
